Sphere Stack (“the App”) is a mobile puzzle game published by LAKASA, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App and related website pages.

Sphere Stack is designed to respect your privacy.

The App does not ask you to create an account and does not collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, payment information, or messages.

Sphere Stack stores limited gameplay information locally on your device so the App can function properly. This may include:

This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Sphere Stack is intended to be playable offline. The App does not require internet connectivity for normal gameplay.

If future versions introduce online features, cloud sync, analytics, ads, support forms, or other network-based services, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those changes take effect.

Sphere Stack is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13 for the purpose of collecting personal information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App. If you believe personal information from a child has been provided to us, please contact us and we will address the issue.

Because the App is designed not to collect personal information, privacy risk is minimized by design. Gameplay data is stored locally on your device using the operating system and app storage mechanisms available on your device.

Because Sphere Stack does not maintain user accounts or collect personal information through the App, there is generally no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete.

If you want to remove locally stored game data from your device, you can usually do so by uninstalling the App or clearing the App’s storage through your device settings.

The App does not include third-party advertising or analytics services.

If our website or store listing links to third-party services such as Google Play, those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or platforms.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or publishing platform requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the revised policy.
