LAKASA, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") developed Sphere Stack as a free mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

We do not directly collect any personal information. Sphere Stack does not require account creation, registration, or sign-in to play the game. However, third-party services integrated into the app may collect certain data as described below.

Data Stored on Your Device

Sphere Stack stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Your level progress, stars, and game statistics
• Achievement progress
• Game preferences (sound settings, etc.)
• Daily challenge streak data
• Hint and shield counts

This data is stored using Android DataStore and never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us or any third party. If you uninstall the app, this data is automatically deleted.

Advertising

Sphere Stack displays advertisements through Google AdMob to support the app as a free product. AdMob may collect and use the following data:

• Advertising ID: A unique, user-resettable identifier used to serve and measure ads.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and general hardware specifications.
• Ad interaction data: Information about ads viewed and interacted with within the app.
• IP-based approximate location: Used for ad targeting at a regional level (not precise GPS location).

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not have direct access to any personally identifiable data collected by AdMob.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings under Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads on older devices). Ad revenue helps keep Sphere Stack free for all players.

Third-Party Services

Sphere Stack integrates the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — Used to display advertisements. See the Advertising section above for details.

We do not integrate any additional third-party analytics or tracking services. We do not use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies.

Children's Privacy

Sphere Stack is not directed at children under the age of 13. While we do not directly collect personal information, third-party advertising services (Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers as described above. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has been exposed to inappropriate data collection, please contact us and we will take steps to address the concern.

Permissions

Sphere Stack requests the following device permissions:

• Vibrate: Used to provide haptic feedback during gameplay. No data is collected through this permission.
• Internet: Used to serve advertisements via Google AdMob.
• AD_ID: Used by Google AdMob to serve and measure advertisements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer any user data to third parties. Google AdMob may collect and process data as described in their respective privacy policies. We do not have direct access to any personally identifiable data collected by these services.

Data Security

All game data is stored locally on your device using Android's built-in secure storage mechanisms. Data transmitted to third-party services (AdMob) is handled according to Google's security standards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
